This was my first time joining a fitness camp. I was surprised by the high amount of team support and team spirit displayed, as well as the range of fitness levels. All women and men from a low to high level of fitness cheered each other on and all improved their personal fitness level. The instructors are great and I didn’t hesitate to join the second fitness camp! The camps are a lot of fun and Candace and Mike do a bang up job. ~Yvonne

I had a great time at Candace and Mike’s Spring Fitness Camp 2009. They kept the activities varied and kept us moving – hard and fast! It was fun, and the group developed a real kinship. I am in Mike and Candace’s 2nd fitness camp in Lacombe. I also attended the first camp and what impressed me the most is the fact that there were more participants at the end than at the beginning of the program. Other programs I’ve been in seem to have a lot of drop outs. I have learned a lot about eating – what foods to eat at each meal. The best part is most of the foods are foods O already enjoy. I cant help being inspired by Mike and Candace’s enthusiasm for eating properly and building strength. The workouts are a challenge but well worth it! ~Arlene
