Are you ready to get fit?

Join our conditioning and toning fitness class with real results! These classes are designed for men and women of all fitness levels and get results through structured personal training in a group setting. Classes are approximately one hour in length.
Program includes: Nutrition class, meal planning and food guide booklet, strength, endurance, toning and cardio training; measurements, weigh in & fit testing to help track results; fun activities in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations.

Classes include: General Strength & Conditioning, Advanced Strength & Conditioning, CROSSFIT, Flow Stretching (Yoga) and Restorative Injury Breath Work (Yoga)
