“Nothing Changes If…Nothing Changes”

This is the foundation of GetFit Camps. Our programs will offer you an opportunity to change your though process about weight loss, eating and exercising. Our educated trainers will guide you through in a positive, supportive environment, giving you the best chance to be successful in your fitness journey.

The steps to change are as follows:

1. Recognize that there is something you would like to change or improve.
2. Ask yourself – How would you feel if it got any worse? You want to lose 20lbs but what if you gained 10lbs?
3. Ask yourself – How does that extra 10-20lbs make you feel?
4. Demand improvement! Don’t settle!
5. Surround yourself in a successful environment, and have a plan – GetFit Camps will help you with this!
6. Set goals – GetFit Camps will help you with this!
